QA472 Low Noise Mic Preamp

13-July-2026: The QA472 is awaiting case parts that will not arrive until later in July. Orders can still be placed, but won't ship until that time. 

The QA472 replaces the QA471 mic preamp. The QA472 is USB powered, and features two pre-amps.

PRE1:

• Balanced BNC or XLR Inputs 
• Switchable +48V Phantom Power (XLR input only)
• 0/10/20 dB gain, with tight matching
• No glitch gain switching

PRE2:

• Single-ended JFET amp
• 1MΩ input impedance
• 30 dB gain
